These terms cover your use of thatbingoparty.com. They are not your booking contract. If you book an event with us, that is governed by a separate written agreement we will send you to sign.

The website is operated by Stephanie Laura Williams LLC, trading as That Bingo Party. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse the site, read about what we do, and get in touch. We ask that you do not:

Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send anything abusive, misleading or harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
Interfere with the site's operation, or introduce anything malicious
Scrape, harvest or systematically copy content from the site
Use our content, images, video or branding to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist

Making an enquiry

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, hold a date, or oblige either of us to anything. A booking exists only when we have both signed a written agreement and any required deposit has been paid.

Anything shown on this site, including packages, inclusions, formats and indicative pricing, is a description of what we offer rather than a binding offer. Your quote and agreement are what govern your event.

Our content

Everything on this site — the words, photographs, video, show formats, game structures, graphics, logos and the That Bingo Party name — belongs to us or is used with permission. Our show formats and the way we run them are the product of years of work, and they are ours.

You may share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or use our content commercially without our written permission. Just ask, we are reasonable.

Photography and video from events

Photographs and video captured at our events may appear on this site and in our marketing. If you are a client and you would prefer your event not be used this way, tell us in writing before the event and we will respect it. This is also covered in your event agreement.

The site itself

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular information is complete and current at the moment you read it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from your inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including, for clients in Australia, the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and for clients in the United States, any rights that cannot be waived under applicable state law.

Liability relating to a booked event is dealt with in your event agreement, not here.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and you agree that the courts of that State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.

If you are in Australia, this does not remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your ability to bring a claim locally where the law allows it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
